- We're now committing to an improved standard customer dispatch SLA promise of 48 hours across 7 days, changing down from our current 1 - 3 working days. The only anomaly is for Friday orders placed after 5pm on a Friday - these will be dispatched slightly outside the 48 hours time frame. Everything else ordered on Saturday or Sunday will go within 48.
- You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your parcel has been packed and is ready to go
- If your tracking number says invalid, or that the courier hasn’t received the parcel yet, this will be updated once your order is fully in the courier’s network
- Our couriers are also facing increased demand but they’re working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible
- In some cases if your order contains more than one box, due to the high volume going through the courier depots, you may receive your boxes as split deliveries which could arrive a day apart
- We’re unable to add orders to accounts if you were not logged in/checked out as a guest
- Changes to orders, or gift messages, can not be made during this time
- For cancellations, if your order has already left us please refuse delivery and we’ll refund you once received at our warehouse
- We’re unable to delay/speed up delivery dates
