Our Gluten Free beers use an enzyme called Clarex® which breaks down gluten molecules and therefore, reduces gluten content to below 20 parts per million (ppm). Only foods that contain 20ppm or less can be labelled as 'gluten-free'. Each batch is sent away to an external UKAS accredited laboratory to ensure every batch of Gluten-Free Punk IPA and Vagabond are confirmed gluten free.
